How can I view attendance events or violations and update them as needed?

To view attendance events or violations of employees, utilize the Events/Adjustments screen. This screen displays all events imported from a payroll provider, as well as any directly entered or adjusted events for easy tracking and management.

Select Events/Adjustments from the the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.

The events displayed are from 30 days before the current date, and this can be changed by adjusting the Start Date and End Date filters.

Note: Putting a blank date in the Start Date and End Date will show the earliest record date for the company until the current day. 

Data can be viewed in several ways by applying filters.

  1. Filter Events by Employee – this will show all the events associated with the employee that is selected. 
  2. Filter Events by Type – this will show all the event type that is selected. 
  3. Filter Events by Date Range – by putting in a Start Date and End Date, this will filter the shown events by the defined date range. 

In the Results table, the entries can be sorted by Date, Employee, Number, Event, Duration, Amount, or Modify option by selecting the table header.  AA Events Adjustments Sort

In this page, new events can be directly created, and existing events can be modified or offset.
