How do I add a new Work Class?

 

Note: The work class code is only used internally in Points North Certified Payroll Reporting . It will not be shown on certified payroll reports.

  1. From the main menu bar, select Company Setup, then Work Classes.
  2. Enter a work class code into the field at the bottom of the screen and select Add.
  3. After adding the work class code, a new box will appear on the right side of the page. In the Description box, add the work class description to be shown on certified payroll reports.
  4. Select Save to add additional work classes or Save and Done when complete. 
  5. To remove work classes, go to How do I delete a Work Class.
