Can reports be emailed to me and the contractor?

  1. From the main menu bar, select Company Setup, then Project/Jobs.
  2. From the Projects dropdown, select the project to modify.


  3. Select the Report Data tab. 
  4. From the Report dropdown, select the certified payroll report to be emailed. 
  5. In the Send Reports to Emails field, add the recipients email address(es), separating each email address with a comma.
  6. In the Report Options, select the checkbox for Email weekly reports? then select Save Data.
  7. From the main menu bar, select Reporting, then Pay Period Reports.
  8. Select Email Report for the project to email the report to the recipients.
